The PRODUCTS ITW Poly Mex arrives to the user by means of distributors
authorized in the whole Republic, for them will give a granted distributor's discount
and they will be given or not the respective credit line.

| CANCELLATION OF THE DISTRIBUTION |
We reserve
ourselves the right, of canceling the distribution to those who incur in delinquency
of payments; in smaller purchases to their potential or for practical commercial
undue.

| PRICES |
The prices
will be sent with clever enough anticipation , without including the l.V.A., In

| UNIQUE OFFER |
An unique discount
will be applied assigned to each distributor, depending on the purchase volume

| ORDERS |
All are subject to the approval of the company and you

| MINIMUM SALE |
The
PRODUCTS ITW Poly Mex is provided in closed boxes with the units pointed out in
the list of prices. The minimum order of sale is of $5,000.00, of the same or
different line.

| TO PROVIDE DEPARTURES |
We reserve ourselves the right of making partial deliveries and of canceling
the pending departures of providing smaller to 3 boxes, the pending departures

in the date of their shipment.

| DELIVERY |

| PAYMENTS |
The distributors of the metropolitan

FOR DELAY IN THE PAYMENTS |

| GUARRANTEE |
| The PRODUCTS ITW Poly Mex are guaranteed against production
defects: 3 years for the epoxic products and Plexus, 2 year for LPS and Rocol,
1 year for Chemical TF and plastilinas epóxicas. In cianoacrilato adhesives
there is not guarantee.
Those that are considered faulty they will be sent
to the factory, paid freight, or to surrender to our representatives, so that
it is the Department of control of quality the one that determines if it proceeds
or not its
reinstatement.
