Finally it acquired the owners Kugi, CORP. of C.V. and Elikavo, CORP. of C.V. it stops this way indirectly to keep the total of the stock participation of the important Chemical company TF, CORP. of C.V. that already had a history of more than 30 years in Mexico like leader of self-driven chemical PRODUCTS, which are sold through refaccionarias.
